Seller and storefront
Flow 7749 is the customer-facing storefront operated by Flow Science TCM Inc. Flow Science TCM Inc. is the seller and party responsible for accepting payment, fulfilling accepted orders, and providing support.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a purchase agreement. Products are offered for personal, lawful use in supported destinations.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting checkout is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not by itself guarantee acceptance. We may reject or cancel an order for unavailable inventory, incorrect pricing, unsupported destinations, suspected fraud, payment failure, legal restrictions, or information that prevents fulfillment. If we cancel after collecting payment, we issue the appropriate refund.
Pricing, payment, and tax
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Checkout displays merchandise, discounts, shipping, tax, and the total before payment. Stripe processes payment and calculates applicable tax from the order information. We may correct an obvious pricing or listing error before accepting an order and will offer cancellation and a refund if payment was already collected.
Shipping, returns, and cancellations
Our Shipping Policy and Returns Policy are incorporated into these terms. They describe supported destinations, charges, timing estimates, delay choices, return eligibility, refund handling, and the cancellation cutoff.
Address accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address before fulfillment begins. Contact us immediately about a correction. We cannot guarantee an address change after a shipping label is purchased, and carrier rerouting or reshipment costs caused by an incorrect customer-supplied address may be charged where lawful.

Governing law
Texas law governs these terms without displacing non-waivable protections that apply where you live. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.
