Flow Science TCM Inc. operates the Flow 7749 storefront and is responsible for the information practices described here.
Information we collect
When you shop or place an order, we collect the email address, recipient name, shipping and billing address, order details and history, and identifiers returned by Stripe and Shippo. We also maintain referral attribution when you arrive through a salesperson recommendation.
Essential technical records can include cart and session identifiers, signed referral storage, IP address, device and request information, and security or error logs. We do not operate customer accounts and do not store account passwords, health histories, or full payment-card numbers.
Why we use information
We use information to maintain your cart, process and fulfill orders, calculate tax and shipping, provide confirmations and tracking, handle returns and refunds, prevent fraud, protect the storefront, respond to support requests, meet recordkeeping obligations, and understand the salesperson recommendation connected to an order.
Service providers
We disclose only the information needed for providers to perform services for us. Stripe processes checkout, payment, tax, refunds, and disputes. Shippo receives fulfillment and recipient information and provides tracking pages and shipment notifications. Brevo sends order and refund email. Supabase provides database, authentication, and storage services. Vercel hosts and protects the application.
These providers process information under their own service terms and privacy commitments.
Cookies and essential storage
Flow 7749 uses essential storage for the guest cart, security, checkout continuity, locale preference, and signed referral attribution. The MVP does not enable advertising pixels, behavioral advertising, session replay, or non-essential analytics. We do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising.
Retention and security
We retain identifiable order and contact information according to operational, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, and legal needs. Reviewed retention controls remove or redact information when those needs expire and no legal hold applies. We use access controls, encryption in transit, staff multi-factor authentication, restricted service credentials, and monitored provider systems. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Privacy choices and requests
Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information and may appeal a denied privacy request. Email info@flow7749.com. We may verify the request and retain information that law or legitimate recordkeeping requires.
Because non-essential tracking and targeted advertising are disabled, the storefront does not change behavior in response to Do Not Track. Global Privacy Control does not trigger an advertising opt-out because we do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising.
Children
The storefront is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child supplied information should contact us.
Changes and contact
